Toulouse's story
Toulouse is a handsome little Ticked Tabby, with fur that looks similar to an Abyssinian. He knows he is handsome and adores being the center of attention. Toulouse is very playful and explores a lot. He has plenty of energy and will need a home where he can be played with often and possibly one with a companion cat. He loves all kinds of toys, especially those that are interactive. He has been raised to play with toys as opposed to hands or fingers. He is almost constantly in the company of his sister Tallia or one of his foster siblings. But he does like human snuggles once hes gotten his energy out. Toulouse follows the cat mindset to a tee - hunt, eat, groom, sleep (play, eat, groom, snuggle). He is so much fun to watch as he confidently hunts his toys or plays with his siblings. Even when he sleeps or snuggles, Toulouse always brings a smile to your face because he can be so silly and sweet. (He loves super plush blankets!). Toulouse came to LAWS with his sister Tallia at a very young age. At that time his favorite activity was eating and it is still top of the list. He is protective of his food, so he may need to eat separately from other pets. Especially from dogs or larger cats who could hurt him. He also likes to have a snack or two during the day, that seems to make him very happy. He gets along well with other cats and kittens, older children, and gentle dogs. He may not do as well with younger children as he is very independent. He has been litter box trained from an early age and is perfectly consistent. A simple spray bottle with water will deter him from activities that arent okay. Toulouse is a wonderful little guy and he will be a fantastic addition to just the right home!
